Important: When you request account deletion:

  • Your account will be immediately deactivated and you will be logged out
  • Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 14 days of your deletion request
  • During this 14-day period, you can contact us to restore your account if you change your mind
  • After 14 days, the deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
  • All your information, including business data, orders, inventory, customer data, and transaction history will be removed from our database

Note: Some information may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes, such as transaction records required for tax or accounting compliance, but will be anonymized where possible.
