By signing up, onboarding your restaurant, or accepting orders on zinggo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Joining zinggo
- You pay a one-time onboarding fee of PKR 1,000 per restaurant, per location. That covers your account setup, your first menu upload, and training your staff on the apps.
- Your first menu is added by the zinggo team — items, prices and photos you provide. You check and approve it before going live.
- After that, you update your menu yourself, anytime, from the Merchant app — items, prices, availability, photos. What you publish is your responsibility.
- You confirm your business has the licenses needed to sell food in Pakistan.
2. What you get
- Marketplace listing — your restaurant on the zinggo app and website, visible to customers in your area.
- Web portal — orders, reports, menu and wallet management in your browser.
- Merchant app — live orders, menu control, store settings.
- Rider app — free for unlimited riders from your own team, with live tracking and cash (COD) reconciliation.
- Basic POS — free. Advanced modules (inventory, recipes, multi-branch and more) are optional paid upgrades.
- Marketing tools — create your own discounts, deals and promo codes anytime. Optional paid sponsored placement if you want extra visibility.
3. Fees
- First 3 months: 0% commission. From your go-live date, zinggo charges nothing on your marketplace orders.
- After 3 months: zinggo charges a small platform fee that depends on your restaurant's individual performance on the platform (order volume, ratings and activity). Your rate is shown to you clearly before it applies — and it will never be more than 10% of order value. Compare that with the 25–35% typical elsewhere.
- Prepaid wallet: fees are deducted from your prepaid zinggo wallet (top up by bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa). If the balance hits zero, your listing simply pauses until you top up — no debt, no invoices, no recovery calls.
- Delivery fees you charge customers are yours. zinggo takes no share of delivery charges, and never touches your COD cash.
- Any fee change comes with at least 30 days' notice and never applies to past orders.
4. Orders & delivery
- Deliveries are made by your own riders, who are your staff. All marketplace deliveries run through the zinggo Rider app so customers see live tracking and your cash reconciles automatically.
- Keep your store hours accurate, accept the orders you can cook, and prepare them in the time shown to customers. Frequent cancellations or delays lower your ranking.
5. Playing fair
- Keep menu prices on zinggo the same as your regular in-store prices.
- Follow food safety and hygiene rules. Real photos, real ratings — no fake orders or review games.
- zinggo may show your name, logo, menu and food photos on the platform and in marketing that features partner restaurants.
6. Leaving, and the boring-but-important part
- Leave anytime with 7 days' notice from the portal. Any unused wallet balance (except promo credits) is refunded after final settlement.
- zinggo may pause a listing for serious issues (food safety, fraud, abuse, or repeatedly delivering marketplace orders outside the Rider app) — with notice and a chance to fix it where possible.
- Food is your responsibility. The restaurant is fully responsible and liable for the food it sells — its quality, safety, hygiene, ingredients, packaging and accuracy — and for any harm or complaint arising from it.
- Delivery is your responsibility. Riders are your staff; the restaurant is fully responsible and liable for deliveries, rider conduct and safety, cash handling, and anything that happens during delivery.
- zinggo is a technology platform. We provide the apps, the marketplace and order transmission — we don't cook the food, employ your riders, or hold your cash. Claims relating to food or delivery are between the restaurant and the customer; you agree to handle them and to keep zinggo harmless from them.
- These terms follow the laws of Pakistan. Questions or notices: hi@zinggo.app.
